I absolutely love, love, love my Grapefruit essential oil from doTERRA. So far, I've only used it in a bottle of water that I carry to work and it tastes great. I actually didn't know that I could use it as a massage.

Never Forget 9/11/2001

I was 17 years old, in the city of Deux-Montagnes, Quebec, last year in high school, my math teacher was asked to halt the class and then the whole school was trying to figure out what had happened in New York City...

I will never forget the news later on that day...

A Little About Me (MissKimberlyJoy)

Born as Kimberly E. Cumberbatch in Montreal.
Adopted as Kimberly Joy.

Was an average teenager that turned into an interesting woman.
Changed careers from Computers to Education.
Who married an exciting person and is now living in Los Angeles.

My life is a perfect example of how "Curiosity Killed the Cat."
Well, this cat's name is Kimberly Joy and I'm still learning and relearning about the world around me
(yep, still true).
First thing I do when I wake up is take care of myself, workout, do my online jobs, relax and enjoy life. 
It's pretty simple but it isn't easy but that's life.

Lastly, I love as a wife, a sister, a friend and a preschool teacher.
Now, I'm working on becoming another kinda of PT, a personal trainer with health and wellness in mind.
